MDV - 001

The cannery has a production capacity of canning 50tons of raw fish in eight hours. Butchered fish is first cooked, cooled and then cleaned by experienced hands. The cleaned fish along with the chosen media (brine, oil, or sauces) are then placed in the can and weighed before the product are sealed and retorted to ensure sterilization. Labeling and packing are done mechanically.
